Position​ ​Overview:

PS Digital is looking for a budding developer with a keen eye for detail. In this position, you will work with our digital team to solve problems and build innovative web & email solutions. You will contribute to a wide range of projects and will participate in all stages of design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Previous experience in HTML5, CSS3, email development and Adobe Creative Suite is
required. Knowledge of eCRMs, email platforms, Google Analytics, WordPress, Drupal,
JavaScript, JQuery or PHP is a huge plus. The right candidate will possess an eagerness to
identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies and have a passion for working with nonprofit clients.

Essential​ ​Responsibilities:

  • Build or edit website layouts using HTML/CSS best practices
  • Use existing email templates to build new campaigns
  • Develop responsive email templates from comps provided by a designer
  • QA deliverables for copy/content and technical accuracy
  • Work with designers and developers on our team to grow your skills and learn new
    eCRM systems


  • Enrolled full-time in college or have graduated within the last 6 months from an
    accredited university
  • Possess basic programming skills and knowledge in HTML/CSS as well as some
    familiarity with coding responsive emails
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Ability to organize and manage several priorities simultaneously while working under pressure and deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication, proofreading and editing skills
  • Effectively utilize tools/resources to work efficiently
  • Ability to take ownership of a process and to use problem solving skills to resolve issues
  • Demonstrates the highest level of personal and ethical standards
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail
  • Candidates must be able to commute to our Tysons, VA office and work 15-20 hours a week.
