Job Description

Create and prepare menu items, supv. kitchen staff, ordering, inventory, maintain food cost,maintain sanitation and safety guidelines.

Job Requirement

hands-on attitude, excellent culinary skills including presentation, supervisory and food cost skills, ordering and inventory experience.  Must be Servsafe and VA state certified..

Salary/ Hourly Range 

$60,000~$65,000  / year

Estimated Hours pre Week

45 estimate / week
