will to aim to become sous chef by learning butchering, line cook duties, charcuterie, party , grade manger, delivery and recurring, bread making, food saftey and all kitchen poerations.
Eagerness to learn shirring required to become sous chef, must be on time and able to work in hot condition. must work Friday evenings and a double (all day ) on Saturdays.
