Job Description

Prepare proteins and sides. Prepare all sauces required for station. Follow HAACP standards. Keep up to date with frequent changing menu. Maintain professional attitude in fine dining atmosphere.

Required Skills

Ability to focus on preparing food during stressful periods of shift fish cookery, sauce preparation, saucing/ plating ability proper maintenance of proteins and vegetable sauces.

Estimated Hours Per Week

40 hours/ week

Salary / Hourly Range

14~17 / hour
